Once we got there, we (ok, I) immediately knew this was the rig for us. “Yup, this is it. Let’s buy it.” It was even on sale.
We told them our situation, and that we wouldn’t be able to make a payment until our house sold in 2 weeks. So, they said that they would set it aside, as if it was already sold, and if for any reason our plans fell through, they’d put it back on the lot.
Our house sold, so we called the RV dealers, told them we were on our way.
We get there, and come to find out…5 people requested to see it, after having zero interest in it for months, until they locked it up for us. At this time, I was starting to get pretty sick.
After everything was squared away, Allen found a truck he liked. We left the RV at the dealership to get prepared for us to pick it up. So, we drove out, test drove the truck. Allen liked it, we bought it, and the next day picked the RV up.
All I remember from those couple of days is being in so much pain.
Everything worked out so smoothly, well most everything.
