Activities: chores

Food:

-Breakfast: blueberry muffins

-Lunch- taquitoes

-Supper- beans and cornbread

-Snacks- yikes. So much junk food, today. I honestly lost count.

-Drinks- coffee- 1 cup, 10 oz Dr Pepper

-Supplements

How do I feel? Most of the day I felt sick, tonight I have heartburn, and my stomach hurts
